I’ve tried several payroll providers, but RUN by ADP is still at the top of my list. It’s user-friendly, and having great customer support that I can reach whenever I need it is a big plus. The pricing is also affordable for the level of support and service you get.

We’re currently in the process of integrating our health insurance with ADP, and so far it has been the best experience. We used to do everything manually, but once I learned you could integrate everything, it immediately made our lives easier. I also like that the payroll schedule doesn’t feel as cramped as it does with other payroll providers.

Overall, the website feels top-tier. I can create reports in seconds, access forms directly on the site, and simply invite new employees so they can create their own profiles and upload their own files. I also want to commend their AI: there are times when the customer support line is long, but most of the time the AI can easily answer my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
