What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that RUN keeps payroll, tax information, employee details, and reports all in one place. It’s easy to navigate, and whenever I’ve had a question or run into an issue, I’ve been able to use the live chat and get help resolving it without much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Sometimes the platform can be a little slow, especially when generating reports or navigating certain areas. It would also be helpful to have more options to customize reports and an easier way to correct certain errors or make adjustments when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using RUN, managing payroll and tax information was more manual and time-consuming. Now, we can manage payroll, employee information, tax filings, payments, and reports in one place, which makes it easier to review client accounts, find information quickly, and resolve issues.
