ADP Run is easy to navigate and manage everything in one place. My staff have access to everything they need, and the platform is customizable to fit the needs of each of my companies. Being able to manage multiple companies under one login is especially convenient and saves me a lot of time. I also really appreciate how simple the reporting is. having to navigate through multiple pages to complete certain tasks. For example, when reviewing timecards, it would be helpful to see an employee’s available PTO and sick time and enter time-off requests directly from that same screen. It does appear ADP may already be working toward implementing something similar, which would make things much easier for managers.

I would also like the ability to integrate an existing 401(k) provider with RUN. I understand ADP offers its own retirement solutions, but not every company is going to use ADP for its 401(k).
