What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

What I like most about RUN Powered by ADP is how simple and convenient it makes managing payroll and HR tasks. I really appreciate having everything in one place—especially payroll processing, tax filing, employee information, and reporting. The platform saves me time and gives me peace of mind, because I know key payroll and compliance requirements are being handled accurately. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

One thing I dislike is that certain features and processes can be hard to navigate, especially when I’m trying to make changes or locate specific information. On top of that, there can be extra costs for some services and features, which can make the platform feel more expensive overall than I initially expected. Customer support is generally helpful, but when the issue is more complex, getting it fully resolved can sometimes take longer than I’d prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RUN helps simplify payroll processing, tax compliance, and employee record management. It saves me time by automating many of the administrative tasks associated with payroll and gives me confidence that employees are being paid accurately and payroll taxes are being handled properly.
