I really like how simple and easy the platform is to navigate. The interface is straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to figure out where everything is. One of my favorite features is the ability to chat with customer service when I have questions. The support team has been helpful and makes it easier to get issues resolved without having to spend a lot of time searching for answers.

The main downside for me is the pricing. I feel the cost can add up, especially when you are charged a fee for each payroll run. I would prefer a simple flat monthly fee rather than paying separately for every payroll run. A more predictable pricing structure would make budgeting much easier.

I also have not personally used the integrations with ADP RUN, so I can't speak to how well those features work.

I also don’t like that there isn’t an easy way to make manual adjustments to tax amounts when needed. Having more flexibility and control over tax adjustments would be a helpful improvement.
