I love using RUN Powered by ADP because it makes things so much easier for me, especially with tasks like payroll, hiring, and terminations. It's great to know that everything is handled correctly, providing a sense of security. I appreciate how a lot of it is automatically done for me, which simplifies my work considerably. This system is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it’s already set up, so if I ever needed to be replaced or was out, someone could step in with little hassle. The customer service is also excellent; they walk you through things and make them straightforward. It's a reliable system that covers everything, from reporting for withholdings and retirement plans to handling direct debits and garnishments.
