We have Ruby answer all incoming calls for our business so that our team can focus on the tasks that are important to our clients, and not have to field spam calls etc. Ruby does a great job being a gatekeeper, and giving legitimate callers a fantastic first impression. What do you like best about Ruby Receptionists?

We love not having to answer all calls, and do any gatekeeping. We're able to set parameters for Ruby on how to route or handle calls appropriately. Well worth the money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruby Receptionists?

Sometimes, not very often, but sometimes we've had a client call in and say that the person who answered the phone wasn't very friendly. However, thankfully this is a rare occurance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ruby Receptionists solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have to hire a full-time receptionist to handle our relatively low call volume... so Ruby does a great job handling all of the spam/solicitor calls, while also routing appropriate calls through to our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
