What do you like best about Ruby CRM?
I find Ruby CRM to be a very efficient system and I'm happy with how supportive and helpful the team is; they're always there to sort out any issues we encounter. I particularly enjoy the WhatsApp integration for note-taking and appreciate how it helps me keep track of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ruby CRM?
Ruby CRM needs more functionality to incorporate HR elements like document management and annual leave tracking. The initial setup felt clunky, although we managed to get it working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
