It's a simple program, that is easy enough to learn.

Super outdated, did not offer a range of features.

I no longer use RTIconnect Back-office.

**What do you like best about RTIconnect Back-Office?**

Easy to navigate. Covers all areas of front and back office resturant opertaions needed

**What do you dislike about RTIconnect Back-Office?**

When enrolling a new employee and trying to import from aloha it doesnt track labor well. Have to manually enter it.

**Recommendations to others considering RTIconnect Back-Office:**

Make sure if using with another software you understand all needed for importing. Allow the 15-20 ?min to update.

**What problems is RTIconnect Back-Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manuely entering is vry easy. Very simple
