What do you like best about RPNow?

As the Director of Institutional Technology at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, I have found RPNow to be easy to deploy and use. I've run a pilot of RPNOW and have had zero problems with my faculty and students accessing and using RPNow. RPNow has solved overcrowding at our Testing Centers and is becoming our go to solution for online or at a distance exams.

However the best part of RPNow is their team members. Fantastic support, fantastic response times, and a willingness to listen to critical feedback and incorporate feature requests into updates of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RPNow?

There isn't very much to dislike. One suggestion that I've given as a feature request is how completed proctored reviews are delivered and the amount of detail at a glance that is provided to the instructor so that the instructor can focus only on any flagged suspicious activity and ignore proctored results that do not have any suspicious activity. What problems is RPNow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Meeting high demand of online exams while maintaining academic integrity, Also meeting the growing demand of online, blended, and at a distance learning. As an example I have a student who is an acrobat for the Carnival Cruise line. This student is able to complete learning objectives with online testing from the cruise ship and still maintain the academic integrity demanded for exams from our Nursing curriculum.
