What do you dislike about RPM BPO?

They may not be the best option for scaling a full time team, but that in and of itself is their biggest benefit as you can cancel or renew contracts once the term ends depending on business needs - indefinitely if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RPM BPO:

There are other options, but this is a much better solution than hiring part time workers via any of the contracting sites. They have reps, ready to go and can get up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RPM BPO solving and how is that benefiting you?
