Isn't a game. But it's a program that allows you to create your own game. The interface is very friendly and the simplicity is something that doesn't scare people who are unfamiliar with programming and executing games. It has a lot of resources of customization, like music, art and etc. For the ones that hopes to be a game design, the RPG Maker VX Ace is a good (if not the best) starting point. For the company, it has a good use about creating simulations agains't simple hacker attacks. It's not commonly used, but it can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
