What do you like best about RPG Maker VX Ace?

I like the ease of use that enables me to quickly create games indistinguishable from high-budget top-down 2D games on the market today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RPG Maker VX Ace?

I dislike lack of an in-built character creation tool, such as Game Character Hub, that could otherwise help to keep all my work in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RPG Maker VX Ace:

I would just go for it. Given the price point, ease of use, large number of features, and the fact that you can use this software to create a game with no previous experience, RPG Maker VX Ace is totally worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RPG Maker VX Ace solving and how is that benefiting you?

RPG Maker VX Ace has allowed me to produce games that, given my experience, I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. As such, it's namely allowed me to move into a field otherwise inaccessible to myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
