I like Roxhill Media because it's easy to use and always kept up to date. The contact database is valuable as it maintains current information, and I appreciate knowing that the tool is GDPR compliant and allows remote access across different computers. It's helpful to have a uniform template for press release distribution, and being able to see detailed lists of who opened releases and who unsubscribed is useful. I always have trouble adding lists for distribution of press releases. It takes ages to load and often crashes my browser. It seems like Roxhill Media can't handle the volume of lists, so I have to do it one by one, which is slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
