Route4Me has become an indispensable tool for our organization. It lets me create optimized routes, view the key information I need from my drivers, and track their progress in real time. Being able to see exactly where they are on the route also makes it easy to reach out with updates or questions whenever needed. I also love the recurring routes capabilities, which allow me to set up the same routes months in advance. Sometimes, running reports isn’t the most intuitive process. Also, I wish that changes made in the address book automatically flowed to the routes and recurring routes. With a multistep process, things are sometimes missed. Pin colors for stops are another challenge.
