"Route4Me Makes Route Planning and Optimization, and Real-Time Driver Tracking Effortless"

What do you like best about Route4Me?

Route4Me has become an indispensable tool for our organization. It lets me create optimized routes, view the key information I need from my drivers, and track their progress in real time. Being able to see exactly where they are on the route also makes it easy to reach out with updates or questions whenever needed. I also love the recurring routes capabilities, which allow me to set up the same routes months in advance. I can set them to publish so I can refine them before the next time the driver accesses their route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route4Me?

Sometimes, running reports isn’t the most intuitive process. Also, I wish that changes made in the address book automatically flowed to the routes and recurring routes. With a multistep process, things are sometimes missed. Pin colors for stops are another challenge. When I add a stop to a route, I wish the pin would automatically match the other pin colors already routed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We pick up from hundreds of destinations every month, which works well for me and makes it easy to plan routes. I also find the option to download spreadsheets and share that data with drivers very valuable. And the ability to set up recurring routes is a HUGE timesaver.
