I use RoundOne AI for doing screenings on the roles I hire for. It's easier to screen lots of applicants on time and consistently with it. I've heard a lot of positive feedback on the candidate side, and I personally like that every candidate gets a chance to be heard through a voice screening. The AI adapts in real time during the voice screening, asking insightful questions which makes the quality of screening higher. I use it with my ATS, and the integration was smooth.
