What do you like best about RotaPlanner?

It has been extremely helpful to have the app on every member of staffs phone and also to be used on a computer. We also use the app for annual leave requests which has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RotaPlanner?

The only thing I would say is that when getting the annual leave notifications it would be better if it could be any number of hours instead of full or half day and specifically for us we have a rule of 3 people off at one time so once I've seen the notification, I have to then go to the day and check it before I can approve or reject. It would be better if it was slicker so you could check the day at the same time as the notification somehow?

I also find sometimes it can be quite slow and I have to click a button a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RotaPlanner solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's been great for having a long record of shifts overtime, tracking TOIL, sickness and annual leave. The main benefit is that the updates to shifts are instant and able to be seen by all staff. I am able to direct people to the app more often than having to find information myself or explain things so has been a great time saver. I love that you can also use to create a series of shifts, individual availability etc. All extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
