What do you like best about RotaHub?

RotaHub has completely transformed the way we manage staff scheduling. It’s incredibly easy to use, saves us hours of admin every week, and keeps our entire team informed in one place. Creating rotas, managing availability and communicating shift changes is much simpler than using spreadsheets or group chats. The fixed pricing model is also a huge benefit, offering excellent value compared to other scheduling platforms that charge per employee. What do you dislike about RotaHub?

There isn’t much to dislike about RotaHub. As a growing platform, there are still a few features we’d love to see added in the future, but the team is actively developing the product and regularly releasing improvements. What problems is RotaHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using RotaHub, we relied on spreadsheets, group chats and manual processes to manage staff schedules, which was time-consuming and often led to miscommunication. RotaHub has centralised everything into one platform, allowing us to create rotas faster, manage annual leave and availability more efficiently, and keep staff instantly updated on any changes. It’s significantly reduced administrative work, improved communication across the team and given managers much better visibility over staffing and labour planning.
