"Flexible Features That Make Tracking Our Athlete Ambassadors Easy"

What do you like best about Roster?

We love the features it gives us and flexibility to manage and track our athlete ambassador's performance. Our program is fairly unique in that we offer rewards based on their orders, referral orders, social media engagement and other custom actions. Roster has a limitless supply of options we are able to use. We use Roster to track it all. We couldn't do that with our previous service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roster?

Honestly, the only couple of things that we would love to see is better integration with our ads platform. This one isn't a big deal, but our ambassadors have a tab/button that allows them to explore other brands on Roster. Ours is the best supplement program out there so we aren't worried, but it does create a little bit of an opportunity for our ambassadors that we recruit to move to another program. What problems is Roster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our brand is around supporting athletes that put in effort to promote our brand. Roster allows us to track several details about what they are doing, not just sales. One other HUGE benefit is that we are able to grab content we are tagged in directly in Roster and can use it in our social strategy. Before, we had to contact the person and ask them to send it to us. The community chat is also clutch in helping us connect with our ambassadors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
