We implemented Elis with zero custom training of the AI, and the accuracy of the recognition was still impressive. Better than any other system we had evaluated. - The user interface is very friendly. Sign up for the trial and experience it. - The onboarding process was very professional and efficient. - The potential use cases go beyond invoice document types since you have the ability to define the document schema. - The solution is designed for end-user customization. It's definitely not a one size fits all type of solution. - They are very interested in customer feedback. You do get to influence the delivery of new features. - The application and API documentation is excellent. We figured out our integration options using just documentation provided on their website. - - The cost to value ratio beat all the other solutions we evaluated making the ROI very favorable. **What do you dislike about Rossum?** There is nothing material so far that we dislike about the solution. We are doing basic invoice recognition. The true test of the solution will come when we implement line item recognition. All the systems we looked at in the past struggled with line item recognition. Now I believe only AI can really solve the line item recognition challenge. The founders of the company are clearly focused on developing a market-leading invoice recognition solution using AI. They are developing a solution that is flexible and intelligent. **Recommendations to others considering Rossum:** The cost is low enough for you to try it without risking too much. Narrow your options down to a handle full of vendors and do a proof of concept. You will see start to see the difference between Rossum and the other vendors very quickly. **What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Rossum to digitize and reduce the data entry for incoming invoices. So far we have digitized the majority of our invoice classes. Our implementation was completed in under twenty days. In fourteen days we had a testable solution. For the invoice classes implemented, the invoice to pay cycle is now paperless. Our end users are also liking the experience. Rossum is not just making the invoice to payment cycle more efficient, but more importantly, it enables our AP team to work from home. That is a significant benefit during these times. ### 7. I have been interacting with the team since the very early days of ELIS and a lot of my feedbacks was considered with an open mind and I can gladly say today they are part of ELIS. Will update when & if such as day comes. **Recommendations to others considering Rossum:** Go ahead, this decision will change things for better. **What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have our own proprietary tool for end to end AP invoice processing, to compliment the same I have been looking for a promising ICR capability for last few years before we stumbled upon ELIS demo on ROSSUM's website. Within minutes we knew these guys have cracked it which others haven't. We have used and tested over 10 different ICR/OCR tools over the years, those include offerings from industry giants. The accuracy expected at the time for an ICR was around 75% and no players were confident enough to offer higher % while ELIS was giving much higher accuracy without training from the get-go and were able to demonstrative accuracy of over 90%. ### 16.
