What do you like best about Rose Rocket?

The best thing about Rose Rocket is its user-friendly online customer portal, using which our customers are able to transparently find info about our rates. They are getting features like live tracking, easy access to PODs and bills. Communication via chat is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rose Rocket?

One downside we have noticed is that sometimes the transaction or other info gets updated with a delay. This could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rose Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rose Rocket adds benefit by increasing efficiency in order booking, invoicing, and communication processes. Manual tasks are cut down and saves time. The integration of Google Search helps to automatically fill or update details online.
