Rootstock's flexibility allows the system to keep pace with constant process improvement. As a Salesforce native platform, it integrates with our other core systems, and a great pool of developers who know the tech stack. We've had great support from the Rootstock case management team when we do have issues. Rootstock and Salesforce have both embraced AI; for example, a new Rootstock agentic capability is going to allow us to retire two custom agentic flows we had implemented ourselves.
