What do you like best about Rootstock Cloud ERP?

Rootstock's flexibility allows the system to keep pace with constant process improvement. As a Salesforce native platform, it integrates with our other core systems, and a great pool of developers who know the tech stack. We've had great support from the Rootstock case management team when we do have issues. Rootstock and Salesforce have both embraced AI; for example, a new Rootstock agentic capability is going to allow us to retire two custom agentic flows we had implemented ourselves. What do you dislike about Rootstock Cloud ERP?

The Financials package was added later and is not as fully built out as the rest of the application. It is a major focus of investment/new feature releases currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rootstock Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rootstock has helped us to dramatically improve our in-stock rates and on-time shipment percentages, because we now have a system that keeps pace with business process improvement efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
