I've never used Plesk before, the panel that Rootpal uses, and it's straightforward and powerful! Besides that, the speed of the hosting is pretty good, I've migrated plenty of sites into my account, and I'm thrilled that I did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Live support is only level 1, so for simple stuff, you still have to go through the ticket system, which works, but I've been used to live chat fixes in the past (with other hosting companies) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
