What do you like best about Root HR?

Root HR is very user-friendly and easy to understand. The advanced UI makes it simple to manage everything in one place, including employee records, documents, leave, rota, tasks, and compliance. We especially like the UKVI compliance monitoring feature, as it helps us stay organised and reduces the risk of missing important employee document checks or expiry dates. What do you dislike about Root HR?

There is nothing major we dislike about Root HR. The system is very useful and easy to use. At the beginning, it may take a little time to understand all the features because everything is available in one place, but once you start using it, the process becomes very simple. What problems is Root HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Root HR helps us manage HR and compliance in one place instead of using different systems or manual spreadsheets. It is solving problems around employee document management, leave tracking, rota management, task management, and UKVI compliance monitoring.

The main benefit is that we can easily track employee records, right-to-work documents, expiry dates, and compliance requirements without missing important updates.
