What do you like best about Roomzilla?

Roomzilla simplifies the process of finding and booking available meeting rooms. I appreciate how the software clearly displays, on an iPad in the room, how much time remains in your reservation and whether someone has booked the room after you. This feature is especially helpful because it lets you know if you need to finish exactly on time, which helps prevent conflicts when reservations are scheduled back-to-back. You can also extend your time with one tap, and the new duration is automatically updated for everyone else looking for a room. Roomzilla did offer an Amazon gift card for completing this review. What do you dislike about Roomzilla?

The experience using Roomzilla on iOS needs some work. Since there isn't a dedicated app, you have to use the mobile website, which can be quite frustrating. For example, when I search for rooms available at a certain time and then open the map, my search is reset and I have to begin the process again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our coworking space, the main problem has been people overstaying their room reservations or occupying open rooms without booking them. Roomzilla addresses this by clearly displaying, from inside the room, when a reservation is about to start. It also allows users to book the room directly from the iPad inside if it's available.
