What do you like best about roommaster?

We switched to roommaster for the hotel management software functionality. The AI concierge was turned on almost as an afterthought and it's become one of the features our team talks about most. Guests engage with it, it handles FAQs reliably, and it has reduced routine front desk calls noticeably. What do you dislike about roommaster?

RoomMaster is helping solve key operational challenges around OTA connectivity, room inventory management, and reducing manual work. It makes it easier to keep rates and availability synchronized across channels, minimize errors, and manage bookings more efficiently.
