Everything is properly integrated channel distribution, direct bookings, housekeeping, revenue management so the whole operation runs from one place. The onboarding team was organised and got our staff trained quickly. Our housekeeping team particularly love the mobile view; room status updates in real time without anyone calling the front desk.
