What do you like best about RoomKey PMS?

RoomKey is very intuitive and easy to pick up. The software offers free training videos to help get you accustomed to the processes that are involved in using RoomKey PMS effectively. I really enjoy the fact that RoomKey can be used on laptops and other mobile devices which doesn't limit it to just being used at the front desk. Another feature of RoomKey I enjoy is the color coding of the room statuses and the ease of check-in procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RoomKey PMS?

Roomkey has some features lacking that other branded property management systems do have, such as involved lost and found service. Apart from the lack of features, some processes on RoomKey are more difficult or confusing than other systems. For example, the check-out process is much more complex and leaves more room for user error than other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RoomKey PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides our independent resort the ability to accurately make and keep reservations, as well as organize the multiple different room types that are available in the resort.
