The only thing that took some getting used to was not being able to directly manage the inspections (workflows). We were used to creating, editing and uploading them ourselves. So not being able to see them on the back end felt weird to some people on the team at first and maybe a bit frustrating. But as time went on and we worked with the support team we have found it's not really necessary for us to have our hands directly on that aspect of the system.
