I love the phenomenal customer service of Rollie Jobs, and how the platform works exactly like it should without breaking or getting bogged down. The integration to AI works excellently and the folks running the company are a real joy to work with. From concept to outcome, it's cutting edge for workforce development and is easy to use both on the backend and client-facing sides. I really appreciate the clean interface that harnesses power in the background with simplicity, where basic skills are all that's needed. The direct approach enables quick turnaround, crucial for supporting our clients. Also, setting up Rollie Jobs was super easy with support from their staff. Everything works well. The only idea I have about improvement would be CRM integration, however, this is a one-time example as our current CRM does not integrate with outside vendors. This is more of a critique of how we're using our combined systems than a critique of Rollie Jobs itself.
