mParticle provides a very effective solution to building audiences for multichannel marketing campaigns, allowing you to reduce cross-channel cannibalisation of marketing campaigns and maximising ROI on ad-spend. The customer support team have been really supportive with getting our brands started and have always been helpful when we have had questions. The interface is very intuitive and makes it very easy to build segmentation, understand customers using the "User Profiles" and has good alerting in place when data feeds fail. At the moment, the calculated attributes has very basic and limited functionality, so I would recommend doing all engineering of your metrics outside of the platform.
