What do you like best about RohanRFP?

Well, RohanRFP has transformed our proposal process by substantially improving our efficiency, first-draft quality, and team morale. Training was easy and does not take long at all, and our team started using the tool right afterwards. There's a learning curve for sure, but you can start seeing results immediately and then let yourself grow into the tool gradually. The customer support is truly excellent and ongoing. What do you dislike about RohanRFP?

I'd like to see the folders of files used on a project be lockable, so I can enter and exit my project without having to reset them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RohanRFP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool has completely changed how we work by automating first drafts and making collaboration easier. With its AI-powered writing capabilities, we can now create high-quality drafts quickly, cutting down the time our Subject Matter Experts need from several days to just a few hours. This huge time savings has allowed us to handle multiple proposals at once – we've more than doubled our output from Q1 last year – and gotten rid of those exhausting late-night work sessions, which has really boosted our team's morale. Interestingly, while there were worries about an AI tool taking jobs, it's actually done the opposite. We need more people to manage the larger volume we're now able to take on. These new "electric lights" aren't taking jobs away; they're creating more.

Thanks to the time savings the tool has given us, we've re-engineered our development processes. It's like the proposal gods magically found a bunch of time and handed it back to us to figure out how best to use. It's an exciting opportunity and a welcome challenge.

For us, it means making first drafts that are much better quality and more complete, more consistent use of executive summaries and key themes, and a new role for the proposal team where we are almost like Subject Matter Experts in our ability to generate good technical content.

As a result, our proposal team has become much more involved and valuable in the content creation process. I've been saying for more than a decade that in this profession, I often feel like a doctor trained in diagnosis but not treatment. Now with RohanRFP, we can "treat" blank pages.

Beyond immediate time savings, RohanRFP has enhanced our team's capabilities and created a more relaxed, confident work environment. Its implementation has streamlined our workflows, improved collaboration, and increased our value within Sellers Dorsey. We're adding new product lines, and thanks to the scalability we have now, we're well-positioned for expansion thanks to the magic of RohanRFP.
