What do you like best about Rocketseed?

Very helpful team, easy to work with, and easy to make changes. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the design team was patient. Price is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

I don't have a problem with Rocketseed. The original signature design was slightly frustrating because while the team was responsive, it took several rounds to get the design right, even though we sent them an exact mockup, asking for them to replicate it. The signatures integrate well with our Helion server, and it's easy to make updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a relatively large organization, and there was no consistency across email signatures. It wasn't working to just tell people to update their signatures - the only way to make it happen was to force the change internally and take it out of the individual hands of our employees. Now, everyone has the same signature and we can make updates in the backend without any involvement from employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email design is quite specialized, and getting a design from a mockup into HTML that works consistently across different email clients and devices can sometimes take a few rounds of fine-tuning.
