"Easy-to-Use Restaurant Ads with Canva Integration and Helpful Support"

What do you like best about Rockbot?

I really enjoy using Rockbot for advertisements in our restaurant for our current specials and upcoming events. I like that it integrates with Canva, and I can use all my templates that I have already used for my social media posts. It was also very easy to implement, which made getting started quick and simple for our team. I use this very often when creating our ads, and if there is ever an issue with the product, calling in to the support team is great. They can usually work you through the issue right over the phone. I do like that it is very easy to use. We have a few team members that are not tech-savvy, and they have picked up on how to use Rockbot very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rockbot?

These are few and far between, but I do wish you could upload a bigger file. Sometimes I have a PowerPoint that we use for special events where businesses put their sponsorships on it, and I export it as an MP4. If it is too big, I have to split it up. One thing I do wish is that you had a feature that was sort of like a screencast mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I like is that it is all cloud based, and that makes it so simple to use when I’m not actually on site at our restaurant. I can still get in, make changes, update specials, and keep upcoming events running without having to be there in person.
