What do you like best about Roby?

The app is easy to use and seamlessly integrates into our Slack. I like how simple and natural it is to manage my requests and make/delegate tasks to others, especially on the administrative portal. Being able to track the status of tickets through the followups helps me understand how my team is doing and if anyone needs more help or resources. Roby has helped my team prioritize our work a lot more effectively. Also, the badges are cute and fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roby?

What problems is Roby solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team was looking for a tool that could help consolidate, organize, and prioritize tasks to avoid using clunky spreadsheets. Roby does all that plus more. A big problem we found was that tickets often get lost in the wind and people forget what the current progress may be, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings and lack of clarity amongst team members. With Roby, we can easily remind others (and ourselves) about open tickets and understand how to help each other to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
