What do you like best about RoboShadow?

We’ve had a very positive experience with RoboShadow. The platform has been easy to work with and has given us better visibility into our security posture, especially when it comes to identifying vulnerabilities and understanding where attention is needed.

The reporting is clear and useful, and it helps our technical team quickly focus on the items that matter most. We’ve also found the RoboShadow team to be responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance.

What do you dislike about RoboShadow?

One area that could be improved is making some of the reporting and remediation guidance a little more streamlined. Certain findings can require additional review to determine how relevant they are to our specific environment, so making those results easier to prioritize would be helpful.

RoboShadow helps us identify vulnerabilities, exposed services, and other potential security risks across our environment before they become larger problems. It gives our team a clearer picture of where we need to focus and helps us prioritize remediation based on risk.

The biggest benefit is improved visibility.
