What do you like best about RoboRecruiter?

The customization available on the chat flows is excellent, allowing us to create bespoke candidate journeys for each project to meet individual needs.

What do you dislike about RoboRecruiter?

Setup is very involved, especially for the first flow. Often having to work closely with the implementation and technical teams to get desired outputs with multiple rounds of testing.

There can sometimes be a bit of a disconnect in the sales process to what can actually be delivered. Make sure you do your own testing on what can be achieved before pitching to your client! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RoboRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our recruiters has saved a lot of time speaking to non-relevant candidates as the chat flow can do early stage screening and then successful candidates can book in their own call back slots at a time that works well for them.
