**What do you like best about Robly?**

I really like how Robly is simple yet effective, which suits our small Hong Kong B2B team perfectly. The standout feature for me is the AI-powered send-time optimization. It automatically sends emails when our local business contacts are most active, making a noticeable difference in open rates and engagement compared to our previous manual attempts. I value how easy the platform is to use, with a straightforward email builder, intuitive list segmentation, and quick setup for basic automation sequences. With no dedicated marketing person, we rely on tools that don’t require training or technical work, and Robly fits that bill. It's reliable and doesn't bog us down with unnecessary features, focusing on what actually matters in email marketing—achieving better results without the hassle. For a lean team in a fast-paced market like Hong Kong, that is incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

One area where Robly could really improve is its integrations with other small-business tools, especially for teams in Hong Kong. Right now, it doesn’t connect as smoothly with CRMs like Less Annoying CRM or common accounting tools we use daily. We end up relying on Zapier for most automations, which works but isn’t as seamless as native integrations. The reporting and analytics are also pretty basic. We can see opens, clicks, and basic engagement, but we can’t dig deeper into conversion tracking, campaign performance over time, or audience behaviour in ways that help us make better B2B decisions. For more actionable data, we still need to export and manually analyse in spreadsheets.

Robly streamlines our email marketing by improving open rates with AI send-time optimization, automating follow-ups, and simplifying list management. It allows our small team to engage effectively without extra workload, solving our issue with sending emails at the right time.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I used Robly because it makes email marketing easy and effective. The platform is user-friendly so anyone on the team can build attractive campaigns without technical skills. I like most about its simplicity combined with smart automation. It is very easy to create and send campaigns and features like automatic re-sending to non-openers (OpenGen) genuinely help improve open rates without extra effort. It works well by making email marketing very easy. Emails reach people's inboxes well, the reports are simple to understand and the automatic follow-up emails save a lot of time. Robly integrates with tools like Shopify through connections. These integrations help by automatically syncing contacts, adding new subscribers, and connecting email campaigns with sales or CRM systems. This helps in saving time and keeps everything updated without doing things manually.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly is good but some things can be better. The price feels high for small users and also advanced features are limited and the editor sometimes has small issues. More integrations and better reports would make it even better.

Easy to manage/upload contacts.  It shows the rate of opened and unsubscribed contacts.

Design could be better when doing a campaign.  More options.

I used Robly for several years and I was happy but eventually it became buggy so I pivoted to another email marketing service

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I don't like that if I delete someone I can't add them back at a later date.  I know I can uncheck lists and then go back and re-insert them into a group but I think this is a silly feature.  I'm also thinking of moving to a CRM and wish Robly partnered with some of them.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

If you're looking for email marketing that's easy to navigate and always reliable, then Robly is worth a look.

I send press releases so I need a program that won't tag me as a spammer and also can send out 2K emails at once if needed.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

When it comes to effective mass email marketing, Robly is my tool of choice because it provides me with all the data I need without any problems or slowdowns. It has helped us statistically track all the spend and traffic collected from various media, including social media and customer emails. It has been intuitive, fast, reliable and with great customer service. We are delighted with the results and the increase in sales it has generated.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Considering what we need from the marketing department, I have come to the conclusion that this is the best system we can implement. Not only is it an excellent tool, but it just keeps getting better and better.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a result, more and more people are visiting my company's website, which is boosting my business. Robly is an excellent and complete solution for our email marketing development. It allows us to create huge ad campaigns with many data streams and test different segments to see which ones work best for our clients. The best part is that it understands multiple dialects and translates languages.

The interface is quick, easy to use, and works exceptionally well without the complexities of other services I have used, either for our own email marketing or on behalf of clients.. All the information I need is presented in clean, usable, easy-to-understand form.

There isn't anything to dislike at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Give Robly a spin. Of all the services out there it is the simplest to use for a small to medium size business. In particular, try setting up a totally custom email, which the Robly UI makes very simple.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The simplicity and ease of use of Robly makes it very easy to create an email that looks good without being busy or cliche. Automatic resend only to people who have not opened the first send is as valuable as it is easy to set up, which greatly increases the number of responses.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is an attractive proposition for email marketing, we've been using it for months and it hasn't given the first problem so far. I love its user interface for how clean and intuitive it is, plus it integrates a wide variety of features and automations that help optimize marketing, among the most striking is that it allows us to send email content to our database, lead funnels, an excellent email editor with a wide variety of resources and much more.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Although it is sufficient for our email marketing needs for the time being, it is important that they add some other functionalities, even more so taking into account its high price.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has very interesting use cases and is well loaded with functionalities that help improve email marketing management and get the best out of it to improve the relationship with potential customers, organize customer funnels, store email content to our database to make it reusable, automate various marketing processes and more, there are many benefits it provides to our organization.
