**What do you like best about Robin?**

I use Robin mainly for booking desks at the office, and it has become part of my daily routine when I come in. It’s easy to see desk availability, reserve a spot ahead of time, and avoid any confusion on busy days. I also use it to book meeting rooms and phone booths when I need a quiet space or have scheduled meetings. Everything is centralized in one place, which saves time and makes office planning much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Robin works well overall, but the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded, especially on days when many people are booking desks or rooms at the same time. Occasionally, availability doesn’t refresh instantly, which can cause brief confusion during peak hours. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility or clearer options when filtering specific desks, rooms, or phone booths.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin solves the problem of uncertainty around office space availability in a hybrid work setup. Instead of coming to the office and searching for a desk, meeting room, or phone booth, I can plan everything in advance and know what’s available. This saves time, reduces friction during busy days, and helps me focus more on work rather than logistics. It also makes coordinating in-office days smoother when teams are coming in together.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin is an overpriced and poorly serviced platform that offers less than its many competitors at way too high a price.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Way too expensive for what it does, and their customer support is abysmal.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had used Robin for meeting room digital signage and room bookings. We found a far less expensive alternative.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Invite users by mail - go beyond your organisations email.
Number of features is great, we use auto cancel on "ghost" meetings and check in. Rules for recurring meetings is great. All settings around the booking is great.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Too many "small" mistakes. 
Like when setting the 24 hour time format, it doesnt show the schedule in 24h, but instead am/pm. 
The dashborad/status screen is not accurate on time & date - you did register this as a bug - but haven't solved it.
Tenant trouble when booking throug outlook - cannot acces rooms / placement.
Would like the option to select the schedule window for meeting rooms as a start page.
Maybe too many features that doesn't work so well for the end user, please focus more on making the few things we need, and make those work perfect:)

Robin is simple and straightforward to use. It enables me to plan my office visits easily, it also integrates my work calendar with parking, office seating and room booking making for a brilliant end to end experience for employees.

The app can be a bit clunky sometimes but all in all it's a great service.

In my hybrid position, Robin helps me stay connected by letting me know which days are best to go into the office. It is extremely easy to navigate and is intuitive to use.

I can't find anything that I dislike about Robin.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I like how easy it is to manage the rooms and the information on what each room has.  I like the UX of the app, makes it very easy to use for our staff

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

If you need to edit a floor plan, it takes more time then I would like and needs the help from someone at Robin.  So if you are going through a big floor redesign (and using desks or adding/removing rooms) it is a bit of a pain point.  Also it still sits on top of Microsoft so we have to do some work in Microsoft and Robin, where it would be nice to use just one

We have so many teams/people that need a meeting room in all of offices, it helped to easily streamline the reservation process as well as create rooms that could only be used by cetain teams.  We started using desk booking for a little while when we were move remote, which helped know what space was available during the week

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin is simple for an end user. There isn't a lot of menus or schedules to set up, they are all located in one place. So even a less tech savy person can make full use of the platform.  As an admin the it's easy to use the space and desk set up functions, and simple to manage our overall office space.  The rollout was easy with a lot of service and support from the Robin team. The advanced analytics suite is very functional for predicting future use based on past performance. It intregated seamlessly with our conference room booking system.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

I haven't tried the guest function yet, and I'm not sure if it will integrate with Salesforce.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing effective use of desk and office space.  I suspect that we can effectively downgrade our square footage saving the company quite of bit of money long term.  Without effective hoteling software, that would be pure guesswork.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Very intuitive to use, that allows for simple and painless reserving of office space.  Our firm recently moved to a "hoteling" office space that has limited offices and meeting rooms.  The Robin platform was integrated to prevent duplicate reservations and to track the office traffic.  The email alerts to check in and confirmation are great as well.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The booking of an office for multiple days is slightly cumbersome, and the "check-in" component also is slightly cumbersome, but certainly not a deterent to use the platform.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently downsized the size of office space that our firm has.  As such, we needed a universal way to ensure that employees could reserve a work space for when they were coming into the office.  This platform allows for easy check in and check out processing that allows everyone in the firm to see who and when will be in the office.

How easy it is to customize both your experience as an admin and crate a lay of the land as well as how easy it is for end users to maximize productivity with thi tool.
The implementation was rather easy and fast and the customer support team has been with us throughout the process and has explained all the most relevant features.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Some times the refresh rate between meeting room displays and system gets stuck and won't work unless the unit is restarted. While we have seen a decrease in the frequency our users use this app it's still an instrumental tool for our bigges offices.

Visibility over how many people are actively using the office space post pandemic.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin is quite easy to use and set up.
It has built in features that other require additional payments for e.g. creating a map (which in fact is SUPER easy).

I use it on a daily basis and both browser version and mobile app works great and haven;t faced any major issues while using it.

Haven't got many options to reach out to customer support as it was really easy to implement and integrate with our network infrastructure (you can be checked when your device log in to specified IP range).

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

It could be a bit more transparent and allow you to either use map view and simple search (list pick up where you provide filters and have a result of available options). With current mobile app this part is not user friendly and sometimes when I book a desk, a room and parking spot - not all information are being provided on the day summary view.

Robin is very easy and intuitive to use.  It's extreamly user friendly and allows our users to reserve their desks effortlessly.  Check-in and Check-out works great with mobile app, website, QR code scanning, or the badge scanners that we have in place.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

My only complain is that the Phone App auto-checkin takes about 45 mins to kick in once connected to the Wifi.  I wish it would auto-checkin at a more frequent rate, but it's fine.

It allows for planning and reporting for our office space is used.  It benefits me because I can see who is in the office and can plan which day will allow me to collaborate most effectively with coworkers.

The floor plan is super intuitive and the favorite desk is always suggested first when available - saves so much time. Also helpful is the very reliable SSO integration.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The permission model could be more granular. At present we have like 100 admins and everyone else is not - simply to have two levels of booking in advance - restricted to two weeks or whenever. This restriction should be role based.

Very easy to use. The features are great. The ability to book rooms for my meetings is one of the most useful features. Plus the ability to see who else is coming into office that day. Gives a sense of community

Great to see the office map, great for booking a desk and meeting rooms. Nice to see who else will be in the office. Customer support is great, super responsive and helpful.

Easy for staff to use, the Help chat function is great and they are very responsive, the fact that there is a mobile app as well, the team take on my feedback well and I've seen lots of new functionality in the last few months

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Still missing a number of functions that I'd expect a platform like this to have, still have a few bugs in the system (I just tried to move desks on a map and it wouldn't save my work so I had to delete the desks and add new ones, so it can be fiddly)

Our office has more staff than desks, so using Robin to allow staff to book their desk before they come into the office is useful so we are not over capacity

- Robin has been super easy to use!

 -Robin has a clear goal in mind: to make the most of office usage, both for users and building managers.  So far they have not introduced bloat; all of their tools have a clear purpose and work well together.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

- The API documentation is not the best e.g. missing endpoints, lack of information on date formats.  

 - It's not possible to exempt a user from desk check-ins.

 - Having lots of offices can make a few menus difficult to navigate e.g. selecting a different floor on the mobile app can require quite a bit of scrolling.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Desk booking.  The new reality is that our users want to work at the office some days, and at home other days.  As such, we don't have enough desks for everyone, so using Robin has meant that users can immediately see if there is space for them or not.

Meeting room displays.  Users can now see clearly if a room is booked or not, and how long they can use a room for, without having to use their calendar apps.

Nothing much really, the mobile version ould be better but I don't use it much on my phone.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

It works on both computers and phones. With the stickers, it is straightforward to check-in. We can track who is or will be at the office, and it also matches our calendar for the meeting rooms booking.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

- A couple of colleagues told us they don't find the phone platform intuitive in a UI perspective.

- When we check in with the sticker, it does not automatically make us "join the office". But that could be great if it does.

- Also, We suggest if it would be possible to choose colors for the different desk options? Because all the available desks are green (this is perfect). But all the other desks are grey. It would be nice that checked-in desks would be orange (or any other color) and assigned desks that are not checked-in would be grey. So, we don’t think all grey desks are present in the office when they are not.

- We had construction in one of our spaces. We would have hoped to be able to block a couple of desks for a short period. I checked with a technician on the chat and he did not had a simple way to do it.

- Still some work to be done on the french version. A couple of texts are in English or Spanish...

-We have to check if people remember to book or check-in their desks, a lot of them forget.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have as many desks as employees. So if all the employees decide to come to work at the studio on the same day, it would quickly become chaos. With Robin, it's easy to manage if desks are available for the person who wants to come and work there. 
Also, we removed our covid schedule, since we can keep track of the people working near the person if there is ever a case or cases of covid.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin was suitable for our desk booking needs when setting up our new office, meeting most of our requirements. Once we decided to use the system, we found it easy to set up and required minimal user training.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

There are a few improvements that I would like to see, such as the ability for admin level access to check-in bookings via the web interface with QR code setup, as well as implementing car and locker booking."

Our office operates as a fully agile workspace and we need a booking system that enables our employees to reserve a desk in a location that suits their needs.

It can be difficult to navigate the platform to see who has booked the room at a particular time, in case I need to chat to them about moving their booking

It was easy to see which desks were available.  From a Management perspective, it was good to see which employees were choosing to work in pods.

Not great adoption.  Due to less than capacity in our office, most people did not take the time to reserve their seats.

Reserving a room or seat for a specific reason like a meeting.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The user interface is excellent in all its aspects cleanly and reliably, it is an application with clear signage to carry out each of our meetings with more innovation for the programming in each of the rooms. each of the conferences that will be scheduled by each of the human resources departments, among others, would be a good way to optimize each of the workplaces concretely and the best thing is that we can make one of the reservations for the rooms in advance in an important way.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Robin, I do like the application because of the ease with which it allows us to reserve rooms for each one of the conferences, but I would like the price of the software to go down since it has a high cost, which makes it difficult to use.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin has been a great experience that we have had an exponential reach in each of the meetings and conferences virtually since we have achieved productivity in each of the jobs we do and one of the things that helps us improve was the desktop management to provide more efficient in what we want to do in digital signage.

Flexible solution for implementing a step by step approach.

Zoom-in / Zoom-out does not adapt with the assets and identifications (work areas per example) proportionally.
Would like to be able to put more F&E in visual maps, even if not bookable (like phone booths per example), rather than adding more & more points of interests that can blend in a not so searchable or visibly identifiable way.

Manage employee's use of the office space as we have more employees than desks and can no longer have assigned desks for everyone.

I didn't need to spend any time learning how to use Robin, as it's so intuitive. It allows you to easily book desks and meeting rooms across different sites. You can see when your colleagues are in, which makes it easy to plan.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Very small gripe, but it took a bit of coordination to make sure all colleagues had their time zone set correctly.

Since the pandemic, our team has moved to hybrid working. We work from home an average of 3 days a week, and come into the office 2 days a week. We reduced our office footprint by moving to hot desking. Robin allows us to book desks and coordinate our days in the office.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I find Robin really useful for booking my desk every time I have to go to the office for work and for booking meeting rooms. The interface is very user friendly and you get a confirmation email every time you make a booking, and a reminder the day before.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The system glitched sometimes, not sure why but I tried to confirm my booking once from the reminder received and instead of confirming my reservation, it got cancelled.

It's helping me have a great experience at the office since the company I work for implemented a hybrid working policy. Using Robin I can make sure I have a desk assigned everytime I go in and I can book meeting rooms.

It's a very intuitive app that helps your organization and employees to manage your office spaces. It shows when a space is reserved, at what time, and by whom, making it easier for the user to choose an unreserved space, or reserve a space before it is released or reserved again.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

It's not clear what you must do when checking in or checking out, even though you get an email telling you to check in, the instructions are ambiguous. You might check in, but it never reminds you to check out, and, depending on your organization's policies, you might get a penalty for not checking in or checking out of the office through the app.

Make sure you first choose the date and time when you reserve a space

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The map of the office loads quickly, and I like how I can just touch the location I want to reserve and go. It's also nice to see who else on my team will be in the office.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

There is not much not to like. My only small critique would be that I wish the time for desk reservation was highlighted more so I am better reminded that I can choose the time I will need the desk. If I choose the default time, I haven't been able to figure out how to go back in and change my reservation time without releasing the desk and then reserving it again.

**Recommendations to others considering Robin:**

Use the app on your smartphone. It is more convenient than the desktop app.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My office went to a floating desk layout. Rather than it being first-come, first served, it is good to be able to reserve the desk I want and be sure I will be able to sit there for the day.

My favorite aspect of this app is the ability to see a map of your workplace. It allows you to see your office virtually, and chose a desk based on that information.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Sometimes I have issues accessing all of the rooms available in our office. Even though these spaces are registered on the software, sometimes my colleagues or I will not have access to certain rooms. Perhaps that is a permissions issue, however.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin is a quick way to book a desk. It updates in real-time, so if you know that a colleague of yours just booked a desk and you'd like to meet them, you know where to click.
