I've used Roadwarrior practically everyday for a number of different positions, from coordinating graphic locations at multiple banks, signage surveys, and in my current position as sales. I like that I can load 200 different stops, code them with icons and colors for on the fly info, and set my first stop to begin my day from. It automatically sets my best route and as a sales person, can help me see 10 to 15 customers a day, taking the guesswork out of where to go next. The most frustrating thing is the bulk route uploading system. Unless I am doing something wrong (which I admit is possible), the form I use requires you to separate the address number from the street address. It seems like not a big deal, but I have thousands of customers, and that takes a while to set up. I also don't like that routes go away on their own if you don't use them for a while, and you have to reactivate them. A nice feature would also be to reset the route, say if you visit 75% of your stops and want to reset the route, I haven't found an easy way to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
