What do you like best about RKL eSolutions?

They’re responsive, they know Sage Intacct deeply, and they take the time to understand our business before they suggest a fix. When we bring them a problem, they solve it the first time and explain it so we can handle it ourselves next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RKL eSolutions?

Our move to Sage Intacct from another ERP had a learning curve. We didn’t fully understand all the dimensions Intacct offers, and we could have used more guidance on setting them up from the start. Some small setup choices, like using hyphens in certain IDs, add keystrokes every day, and since IDs can’t be changed after they’re created, we’re stuck with them. A transition this tedious would be hard for any company, and RKL was incredibly helpful, walking us through every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
