"Rival makes onboarding so easy"

What do you like best about Rival?

I love being able to customize tasks, who they go to, and the types of forms or notifications I can send to them. Rival really helps us to have a superior onboarding that helps employees, managers and internal stakeholders feel supported. Using Rival onboarding has eliminated a ton of manual processes and saved us a lot of time. I also love that as an administrator I can make almost all changes I need to the set ups, add or remove tasks in real-time without needing to contact support or pay for a project. What do you dislike about Rival?

There are so many places you can make changes. It is great, but it can be a lot to remember when you have to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation of onboarding. We can have tasks staggered to keep in touch with folks as they onboard without having to remember or set a million reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
