Rival streamlines HR activities such as recruiting, onboarding, learning, and performance management. Rival integrates seamlessly with numerous disparate HR systems, with a very high use frequency. What do you dislike about Rival?

The mobile app lacks functionality compared to the desktop version, limiting on-the-go usability. Also, the extensive feature set can be daunting for smaller teams or those with simpler needs. ​ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
