What do you like best about Rival IQ?

I appreciate that RivalIQ offers me stats and tables for metrics that I may not have previously considered a being instrumental pieces of data. However, there have been a handful of times where I've looked at some of these different graphs, and have been able to see trends that I wouldn't have noticed if I was just looking at the big stats like Engagement Rate per follower. It lets me see things I wouldn't have put together independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rival IQ?

The aesthetic appeal and the lack of ability to customize it much makes me less excited to use the built in tables and graphs that you can just export. Even though that would be a lot more convenient, I prefer to design my own graphs so that they look as clean and beautiful as the rest of a presentation I may be giving to a client. What problems is Rival IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's a considerable amount of math and filling out spreadsheets of data that I would have to do manually in order to accomplish what RivalIQ is able to do within minutes of a full set up. Even just the ability to put in a web address of a competitor and automatically find the majority of their social media accounts AND their data like engagement rates, flowchart of audience growth, etc. is so significant, and that's just like the most basic function of the tool.
