The system is easy to use , anyone can learn it and it does not take long to get familiar with the interface.

The Kohls sku number that is required under the SKU map is difficult to obtain especially if you are needing multiple. having to go back into KLINK and extract it one by one on a merchant group is very tedious . Otherwise the system is perfect as is

This is an above average eCommerce solution. The UI is simple. Updating inventory and Uploading new Products was a simple task. Fulfilling orders is straightforward. Not a lot of fluff here bogging down loading screens.

Setup could be more streamlined. There are processes that could be more efficient.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

I like that they took the time to address the UserInterface which was my main gripe the first go around. They are a little pricey and they have some steps they could streamline. It works as intended and without and major issues.

Our newest Online Vendor Requires us to use DSCO. This is the second time using them. They've updated the site and fixed a few issues that I address the last time we used them.

To be honest nothing, the support is terrible

There is no support in my opinion at all.

Cannot call for help, no one will call you back.

Takes too long to recieve email, like over 8 hours.

Explanations are too technical for the average person.

I could not recommend this service in good faith

To me there are no benefits, the service is terrible

The DSCO Team is very attentive and responsive to our requests.

The only issue I have is when we need to manually ASN an order, we must then manually invoice the order.  That is not a big deal however, as we rarely need to manually ASN.

The costs benefits of the DSCO Tool are beneficial.

Channel Advisor allows us to easily refund Marketplace orders in one place.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

When you refund an order it shows as processing for quite a long time.

1) slow processing time for refunds
2) choices of why we are refunding are limited - this may be more due to the interaction with eBay and Amazon

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

It is a useful tool and it was updated recently. Once you figure out what goes where and how to properly submit the whole order including an invoice to get paid it works fine. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Well we just re joined and haven't fulfilled any orders. previously they had two screen load to submit and order and another to submit the invoice. i don't see why those needed tow differnt pages for the same order. it seemed redundant. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

We ll it was forced on us by two different vendors. it must have something the big boys need and like on there end. Support  was almost nil in on-boarding the second time around. they have video tutorials if that's your thing. Once you find a grove it works fine enough. does the job and there was an update within the last few months so i will have to see whats up with all that.

It is a mandatory need from one of our larger vendors ecommerce site.

The best feature is how easy this software can be used. You can see orders invoice all in one page. And you can print or save from the main page or export to excel

The one thing I dislike is that it can sometimes take a while to load or if you are not on the correct browser , it works best on goggle vs firefox other than that no complaints.

If you need a system that is easy to use then this is the program for you. You cannot go wrong with it and you log in from anywhere

Nothing. Stay away! There is nothing to like about this company and their business practices.

We waited 5 months for Channel Advisor to launch and we canceled. Emailed our sales rep and cc'd the sales manager David Spain. No reply from either employees. The only reply we received is from their billing department. Seems they're desperate. This is straight up harassment for services not rendered.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

Stay away.

No benefits other than billing trying to continually bill us after we told them repeatedly that we canceled. We waited patiently for 5 months. Not one phone call from our sales rep to see how we were doing. Channel Advisor sales reps are calling other companies that I'm affiliated with and I tell them no thanks.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

It gets the job done. It fulfills the need and manages both orders and inventory for multiple Ecommerce vendors. Its a time saver because multiple vendors use the is for inventory updates. its a Two birds one stone situation. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Submitting information could be more efficient. they have it broken up into different modules that could most likely all be in one. It is in need of a face lift and it is slower then modern programs. If we didn't have to use this by vendor request we would probably find someone else to facilitate this need. it does the job but more likely could be more efficient in regards to how many load screens there needs to be to get through on order or to even jump into inventory. Also in regard to pricing. each Vendor gets to set the terms and as a user we have to accept it. there is no negotiating on our end in regards to rates charged

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

Its okay. it does the job. it could be more efficient it terms of consolidating the amount of screens loaded for redundant tasks. Rates should be negotiable on both ends instead of dictated by one side.

We use this to process orders from multiple Ecommerce sites at their request. It works {Slowly}. We have steadily grown with the initial vendor and have taken on multiple vendors through this platform. This still only needs one update which saves time.

The ability to manage multiple Accounts and multiple Channels in a very simple and effective manner.

quite a lengthy onboarding process, with a lot of almost boring training - if you are already knowledgeable in managing feeds.

Manage multiple accounts with multiple channels (Amazon, eBay, international sites) with appropriate stock-control.

It is pretty easy to familiarize yourself with the process. After a few order the routine becomes second nature.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

There seems to be a Tree type structure for the work flow. this leads to this which leads to this task. Each task however, has to load, taking time. These could all just be added to a single load page and submitted multiple time to fill in each field. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

It is a simple tool and it fulfills a need adequately. Is it fast, No Is it good looking, No it not the fastest. But it is reliable and it does get the job done.

It handles inventory and sales updates for multiple online vendors. Its nice to have that option and utilize one update for multiple vendors.

Its a bit redundant to fill out both an shipping acknowledgement and then do the same thing to submit an inovice when you can consolidate both our at least have the option to. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

Its Okay, its a little clunky and there are processes that seem like they can be consolidated. Like submitting an invoice. the total is there on the Shipping acknowledgement, just have a button to confirm an invoice too. now there's a whole other process to submit an invoice after acknowledging the shipment . its redundant!

I like that DSCO software was very easy to set-up - they provide online onboarding session that you can navigate via self-service. DSCO also has excellent customer service support that respond in less than 6 hours. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

You will need to create a separate login/account for each trading partner that is using this EDI software to trade order information. 

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allowed us to directly integrate our drop-ship orders using SFTP connection. 
User-friendly, intuitive, self-explanatory.

  ### 26. They Stole $3000 - Criminals

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

I think NOT signing the renewal contract. They did have several partners Jet, Amazon, eBay, Sears which they worked with. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

They kept $3000 claiming a prepaid service (for launching into a new marketplace) was non-refundable. I pre-paid for an extra launch support. Unfortunately everything did not work correctly with quantity data causing major problems with my marketplace store. After 1 year of service, I had asked that the launch to be refunded as I could not afford to renew, being ($12,000/year) I was told it was not refundable. They gave me the cold shoulder. 

The setup process was very long. It took close to 3-4 months until everything was launched. Appointments with the "Launch specialist felt like a waste of time. Appointments where spanned out over 2-3 week intervals, which I think caused the biggest delay. 


Their system caused my marketplace store to fall out of compliance resulting into a complete shutdown.

My Initial $25,000/mo revenue turned into $10,000/mo due to canceling all listings, and creating new ones. 

Marketplaces like Ratuken was a complete waste of time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

Their solutions are suited to large businesses. Do not consider using them unless you have your own dedicated team working with data conversations; and can afford to lose 50-70% in revenue during the first 6 months.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have realized after being out of business, how to adapt, and find solutions else where. Shopify is a lot more affordable. If you are a small to medium sized business, I would look else where for service.

The onboarding process was very easy and straightforward. All testing can be done without any back and forth communication but straight from the portal. Training material is integrated into the portal so that user can hover over the mouse based on the next step instructions.

You will need to keep separate logins for each trading partner. it would be nice to have one centralized account to see all partners in one portal.

EDI for order processing. Works excellent with no issues as long as it's setup properly.

Its Simple to understand and use. It helps facilitate orders in a clear organized way.

There are some features that can at the least have the option of being automated.

Getting familiar with it was pretty easy but when we did need a hand it was a round about process of watching the turtorials. I dont think we ever got a hold of anyone and just figured it out.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

The navigation.  It is very intuitive to get to the orders, adjust inventory, or any other process.  I rarely have any lag on the response time.  

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Not really anything.  It is easy to use and all the pertinent information is on the dashboard.  The things I dislike come from the trading partner and not OrderStream CommerceHub.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

It is a good product to use for EDI order processing.  It allows you to update all facets of each order and keeps it organized.  The customer service is very quick to respond when you have a technical issue.

It allows us to have a quick procedure to process and update orders.  All the information is easily accessible from the dashboard screen.

It works well enough and setup was relatively easy. There are buttons to guide you through the order receiving prompts.

It could be automated better or a feature to automate invoicing. It just seems redundant to have to enter in some things twice

Getting actual help was pretty non existent. The tutorial was pretty straight forward though. Editting the entries afteward is easy too after you figure out where to do that.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

ChannelAdvisor's sales team are very good at one thing, sales. ChannelAdvisor's sales team are pushy to get you to sign their contract and will fill you with promises that are not in writing so ChannelAdvisor has no obligation to follow up on them. ChannelAdvisor is also very good at maintaining their reputation when there are many unhappy customers.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

ChannelAdvisor is staffed by incompetent people that charge several times more than their competition. Not only that but, every time you need something resolved from the guaranteed overpriced price they charge you, they will not follow through on their promises or finish their work. . While working with Channel Advisor our sales across our marketplaces were dropping not improving. We are not the only ones to have had issues with them and their pushy sales team that caused us to be stuck paying thousands every month for a bad service.

Do your research before considering working with ChannelAdvisor.

We used ChannelAdvisor to manage our inventory and boost sales across our marketplaces, we realized partnering with ChannelAdvisor was a mistake as they are not the best in the industry as we had believed. I advice anyone to do your research before working with ChannelAdvisor, check their negative reviews and you will see what a truly hellish experience most ex-channeladvisor customers had to endure.

Invoicing with Comm Hub is a snap. Order Acknowledgement and updating tracking is relatively easy, price is standard. Email alerts helps keep us current.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

The time limit on acknowledging and downloading orders. It's a 4 hours window, would like this to be 24.

Invoicing time is cut down, order processing is streamlined.

It gives me quick and easy access to all of my orders right there. I can cancel, ship, and invoice all from OrderStream. It gives me updates on when orders need to ship and tells me when something is overdue and action is required.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

I think that the search function could be expanded on. Many customers will put their phone number in for their order and I can't search that way. I have had customers ask if I could search my number and I unfortunately can't do it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

This is a great product. It does the job and does it well. If you are selling anything on an ecommerce site and the orders are just coming in and they take up a ton of space and time, this will definitely help with this. I highly suggest this to any one that works with selling there product on an ecommerce site such as Home Depot. I actually think a lot of the big companies use this for their online sales tool. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orders get placed on HD.com and from OrderStream. Having all of these orders in a centralized location is extremely helpful. I use another system called B2B to import the orders into Netsuite so each and every order does not need to be manually entered. Having this system allows me to look up customers order easily and cross reference it to Netsuite,

We've had a really good experience with our strategy manager. We have weekly calls to review performance and strategy for the week ahead, but she manages the day to day operations for us. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

We've had some issues with our product feed and revenue reporting showing accurately. I wouldn't necessarily say this is the fault of Channel Advisor as any software is bound to have issues.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ChannelAdvisor for our keywords campaign, CSE shopping, and marketplace shopping. Our keywords campaign is one of our biggest revenue drivers and we have been seeing an increase for the past three years. I have to give full credit to our account manager for her efforts, and we are in the process of getting a new account manager which will be very telling to us about the success of this program.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

This is a very user friendly program. It is very easy to receive and update orders as well as inventory. We have never had any issues or problem using the program and we have been using it for over 5 years. Their customer service is very helpful however they are limited as to what they are able to assist with. 

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Very minor thing...Although we do not ship on the weekends, if an order is submitted very late on Friday night after business hours violation warnings will be sent out on Sunday because the order has not shipped.  They send a lot of emails stating the order is late even if it is not. Weekends and holidays are not taken into consideration when violation warnings are sent. Because they send so many emails it is easy to ignore all of them as they are pretty much all false alarms. 

When entering information about an order, if a shipping amount has to be added they do not keep record of this. We had some problems because of this but fortunately we figured out a workaround.   

It is quite expensive to use this program. In addition to a monthly fee, there is a fee for every item that is ordered. The bills can get to be quite expensive.

I really like pretty much everything about this program except for the face it is quite expensive.

We are notified every time an order is waiting. You can easily reprint packing slips and orders if needed. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. All orders are kept orderly and easy to keep track of. 

As we are able to download csv files with orders and then upload the orders into our system. This saves us a ton of time, it also helps cut down on errors that may happen when orders are entered manually.

CA is probably the best solution in the marketplace for sellers wanting to offer goods on multiple marketplaces. The software is comprehensive and relatively easy to learn and use. It is also stable with few day-to-day problems.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

It is also the most expensive solution out there (by far) and they require a one year contract. In addition, they are not easy to break away from when the contract expires. They continued to charge us even after our contract expired and forced us to go through our bank and credit card company to recover the extra charges. We also found them very inflexible. You pretty much have to accept it is their way or the highway.

The flexibility of the data feeds and how you can automatically have your data transformed as it is being sent out to multiple channels simultaneously.

I have no dislikes that come to mind. The system is so flexible that we can almost always find a way to solve a problem if it comes up.

We love ChannelAdvisor. We have been using them for 10 years and it would be very difficult for us to do business efficiently without their software. Their system allow us to transform data in almost infinite ways to match any data feed specification. The integrations to different platforms such as Amazon and ebay is next to none. We also use them to transfer inventory data and sales data back and forth to our website platform. Life would be rough without them.

Great system for anyone trying to expand their business. I honestly Do not know how I could have managed expanding my business with ChannelAdvisor. I would recommend to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed with ChannelAdvisor. I love how super easy it is to upload products on different channels.You do it with literally two or three clicks.  Then your whole catalog is uploaded.

Maybe they can make uploading images a little easier.

Channel Advisor is the way to go. Forget all the others. ChannelAdvisor is a one stop shop and its super easy to integrate with. I literally integrated with 5 different market places in one week. If it wasn't for ChannelAdvisor, it would've taken about 5 months to integrate. This is by far the best choice to make.

Channel Advisor has exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The scalibility of the platform is tremendous. We have hundreds of thousands of products loaded and published to marketplaces. The ease of launching in new marketplaces is also great. We are now selling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and NewEgg from one platform. Has reduced a significant amount of manual work and freed us to focus on growing the business! The Channel Advisor team is also amazing to work with. They have supported our growth and are a true partner.

The cost of CA is a tier 1 solution which is definitely an investment. But with a tier 1 solution comes major features and scale.
