What do you like best about Rithum?

Rithum is the best solution I’ve used for multichannel management. Its standout feature is the ability to create comprehensive business rules, giving us the flexibility to customize and automate how we manage product data across different sales channels.

I also appreciate the extensive selection of supported marketplaces, along with the reporting and marketing tools. Having these capabilities in one platform makes managing our ecommerce business much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rithum?

My main concerns are usability and customization. I would like more flexibility to customize the product catalog view to fit our workflow. The individual product detail pages also have some usability issues that make navigating and updating product information less intuitive than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rithum makes it easy to list our products across multiple marketplaces and identify listing errors in one place. Its AI suggestions for resolving listing problems have worked flawlessly for us, helping us fix issues quickly and reduce manual troubleshooting. The product categorizer also simplifies assigning products to the appropriate categories. Together, these tools save us time and make managing our multichannel listings more efficient.
