RiskSmart is highly intuitive and simple to use. The look and feel of this cloud-based system is love at first sight (I have been unimpressed and frustrated with every established big bank GRC system I have used prior to this as they were clunky and complicated). I would highly recommend it to anyone as it has gorgeous UI UX and a customer support network that cares and are with you at every turn. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of ORM within financial institutions, and I haven’t come across a more user-friendly and flexible system for managing risk. The reporting module should be enhanced with AI capability. Other AI tools I’ve seen in other systems provide control-gap red flags and suggested actions to improve risk and control ratings. I believe these enhancements are already in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
