What do you like best about RiskSmart?

RiskSmart is a brilliant risk management platform that is intuitive, easy to navigate, easy to integrate and genuinely makes managing risk simpler and more efficient. The system is well designed and user-friendly, making it easy to embed into day-to-day processes.

What really sets RiskSmart apart, though, is the team behind it. Their customer service is exceptional – they're friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely care about their customers. What do you dislike about RiskSmart?

What problems is RiskSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

The two specific requirements we had when looking for a new platform were that it needed to be easy to use and navigate for all users, and customisable for the framework we wanted to implement. I don't think it could have been better designed to meet those needs.

The updates and new tools that have been introduced since we joined have only improved things further. In particular, I'm a big fan of the newly introduced dynamic forms which really help simplify forms for different purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
