What I like most about Riskified is the ability to automate risk assessment and make real-time decisions without adding too much friction to the purchasing process. What I like least about Riskified is that, in some cases, the visibility into the reasons behind a risk decision can be limited. For Risk & Fraud teams, having greater transparency and granularity on the signals, rules, and factors influencing a decision would help conduct deeper analyses, optimize strategies, and better understand specific cases.
