It's also very affordable. I love the provided templates and the ability to add branding. The templates for holidays and the weekly suggestions are great. I assume they have good customer service, but truth is we've never had to use it! We have three monitors running 24/7 and people love it. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** One minor issue is that if I remove brand colors from one slide because the colors are wonky, it removes them for all slides. Both the setup of the devices and the day-to-day managing is user friendly, with tons of features including customizable pre-made content that we can easily brand. The dashboard allows us to see which displays are up and running every day, along with what content is being displayed at what time. This saves sooo much time versus running around to every display and trying to manage content to be branded correctly. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** Understanding Rise Vision's terminology between creating the presentation then assigning it to a schedule then the schedule to a display (versus just assigning the presentation direclty to a display) took some time to adjust to, but we are comfortable now. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have to go around individually to every single display in our district 16+, along with editing every single presentation onto a separate flash drive. Switching to Rise Vision was one of the best decisions our tech department has made since I came here. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** I see no downsides for what we use it for. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** I previously used Google Slides for our signage, but it was a pain trying to create the templates so I just gave up & used the same templates for everything & even I got tired of it. Now that we're using Rise Vision, there are many presentation options to choose from & if you need something specific that is not listed, they will create it for you. It runs on not high powered hardware, so it's easy to run on TV's and other displays. It has also been easy to train our users on how to use it. There is a free option, but they nerfed that a while or so ago, so that isn't worth it. You can go in and make a few changes, and they show up quickly on the displays. Rise Vision provides many useful presentation templates and a vast amount are geared towards elementary and secondary education. That is most likely to a high number of Rise Vision customers being K-12 institutions. It would be great to see more presentation templates geared towards higher ed. Custom schedules making things super easy to set up all your presentations just the way that you want to them to play. They are customizable to fit your needs as well. It's come a long way.The ability to remotely reboot the device playing the content is handy as well. I'm using mini-Intel NUC machines to run my displays and with a simple click in the RiseVision interface, I can reboot the Rise Player, or restart the whole machine without having to remotely connect to it. RiseVision also gives you storage in the cloud for any media that you'd like to implement into the presentations. This way you have a central place to come back to your favorite pictures, videos, and so on. Tech support has been great as well, typically responding in a business day or less with any questions or concerns, so you don't feel like you're left hanging. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** So far there's not much to say I don't like about it. It would be nice if there was a Chrome agent so I could use something like a Chromestick on a tv simply for less wiring and equipment.
